INGREDIENTS:
- frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined
- andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 ear corn per person, cut crosswise into chunks
- baby red potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
- olive oil
- cajun seasoning
- salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut one sheet of foil per person and place over a soup bowl. Form the foil into the shape of the bowl. This makes it easier to add contents.
- Place into each bowl a serving of shrimp, sausage, corn, and potato.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, to taste. Mix gently to combine.
- Fold up the sides of the foil, sealing the packets tightly closed.
- Place foil packets on the grill until cooked through, about 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
- Open packets carefully and transfer contents into bowl or plate.
