Ingredients:
- Shredded or cut up cooked chicken (and/or uncooked shrimp)
- Chorizo
- Chopped onion
- Minced garlic
- Cherry or Grape Tomatoes (sliced in half)
- Chopped Green Pepper
- Saffron (sparingly)
- Salt & Pepper
- Arborio Rice
- White Wine
Add equal parts rice and wine, then all the other ingredients. Cover and set on grill or near fire. Cook for about 30 minutes until the rice is cooked. This is absolutely one of our all time favs!
